This is one of the nicest lofts on main street (Elkhorn Ave) over a retail store. We remodeled this large year round rental in 2007. Then we furnished it turning it into a wonderful quality well furnished and fun vacation rental. It has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and two queen hide-a-way couches in the living room, 1600 square feet, a deck in back with a grill table and chairs. Views of people on the side walks and the mountains (Longs Peak) make this a wonderful downtown loft.
